I’m currently available for full-time, contract, and fractional engagements. My strong preference is remote, and I’m experienced working asynchronously across time zones. For contract roles, I can start within two weeks of an offer.

What I Do Best

I’m most effective in roles that sit at the intersection of compliance, risk, and people — where the work requires both rigorous documentation discipline and the judgment to know when the rules need a human being behind them. I’m a generalist who runs well across the full HR and compliance stack, equally comfortable advising a senior leader on a sensitive matter and building the SOP that prevents it from happening again.

How I Work

I’m self-directed, detail-oriented, and proactive about communication. I don’t wait to be asked for updates — I flag issues early, bring solutions rather than just problems, and document everything to a standard that holds up to scrutiny. I work well independently and thrive in cross-functional environments where the work requires coordination across Legal, HR, IT, Finance, and Operations simultaneously.

What I’m Looking For

I’m targeting roles in compliance, GRC, legal operations, employee relations, and trust and safety — at organizations that take their regulatory obligations seriously and want someone who can help build the infrastructure to meet them. I’m drawn to technology, fintech, healthcare, and professional services, though my experience translates well across sectors.

I’m based in Georgia and work Eastern Time. I’m a U.S. citizen with no domestic sponsorship requirements. I come to every conversation having read the job description, researched the company, and prepared specific questions — because I think that’s the baseline of respect for someone’s time.
